Everyone knows traveling is a lot more fun when you can do it with friends and family, but sometimes traveling with kids can be difficult and make for a less than enjoyable experience. That is why I am exploring the top three places that are best to visit before you have a family and too many responsibilities weighing you down!
The first destination I explored as being one that you may want to visit prior to having children is Amsterdam, Netherlands. Amsterdam is known for their free style living and deviation from regular social norms which is why this place would be more fun to visit alone or with only your significant other. Amsterdam has bars, restaurants, clubs and other night life activities galore that you just wouldn’t be able to enjoy if you had your kids along. You also wouldn’t be able to fully enjoy this city if you had to be in bed by 9:00.
The next place I explored was New Zealand. Really any place in New Zealand would be a great adventure with lots to do and explore. If you go with family members or your children you wouldn’t be able to do the extensive exploring that this country deserves. The Waitomo caves are a great place to visit, but require a lot of physical activity and late night adventures. Hiking is also a popular attraction at New Zealand and for good reason too, this country is absolutely beautiful! The hidden waterfalls are also a great site to see but they are not exactly easy to get to, so you better bring your hiking shoes. So don’t waste anytime booking your trip to New Zealand because I am telling you, this place is gorgeous and not somewhere you want to bring your responsibilities with you.
